The Kirklees Democracy Commission has been brought together by Kirklees Council to gather evidence about our local democracy and make recommendations based on what we find out. We’re working in partnership with the University of Huddersfield.

Our work is supported by several other organisations. Officers at the Local Government Association are working closely with us.
